How to get to Bergamo

The simplest way to get to Bergam is to fly into Orio al Serio airport which is fifteen minutes from the centre of the town by bus. For details of air travel click here. If you cannot fly direct from your home city to Bergamo the second choice is to fly to Linate Airport in Milan or to Verona and then use the coach connection to Bergamo via Milan Central Railway Station. Milan Malpensa airport is much further away and involves travelling into the centre of Milan and then getting the train to Bergamo. Taxis can be booked in advance if required.

Travel notes

The conference centre is located on the Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII approximately 100 metres from the Central Railway Station in Bergamo. Most bus services route via the Central Railway Station so this is the landmark to head for until you get your bearings.
