TTP EMEA Conference 2010

The TTP EMEA Conference will take place this year in Riga, Latvia between the 18th and 22nd October. As usual there will be no delegate fee for members of the TTP. Riga has a long history in the Baltic States and some amazing Art Nouveau architecture. It is served by many of the cheap airlines like Ryanair making the travel hopefully no more expensive than a train journey within your own country.

The conference will be held in the Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel and will run from 9am to 5pm each day.

We have negotiated a special rate at the hotel of €85 per night for a 'Standard Room' including breakfast, internet and access to the Spa facilities.

Useful conference and venue information

Power plugs in Riga are two pin Central European Style running at 220 volts.

When you arrive at the airport look out for the Yellow Baltic Taxi desk in the arrivals hall. There is a flat fee of 9 LATS for the journey from the airport to the Radisson Daugava Hotel. Make sure you mention the word Daugava as there are other Radissons in Riga.

Money exchanges can be found at the airport and there is an ATM in the hotel. You cannot purchase LATS outside of the country and you cannot convert them if you take them home. Euros are accepted in most places and your hotel bill will be in Euros. All major credit cards are accepted at the hotel.
